【Performance Indicators, Main Structure】

1. Performance: The disposable linear cutting stapler and components (hereinafter referred to as the stapler) should have a smooth appearance, clear contours, and be free of defects such as burrs, scratches, and rust. The stapler should open and close flexibly without any jamming. Pressing the reset button should allow for complete reset. The stapler should have good stapling and cutting performance, with neat cutting edges and no burrs after each stapling. The stapled joint should withstand a pressure of no less than 3.6kPa, with no more than 10 drops of leakage within 15 seconds. The cutting blade should be sharp, and the cutting force should not exceed 0.80N. The stapler should have a safety protection device for the empty nail chamber.

3. Materials: The anvil, nail chamber support, and cutting blade are made of 20Cr13 material; the closing handle, firing handle, reset button, dial, position switch button, and fixed handle are made of PC material; the locking rod is made of 12Cr18Ni9 material; the nail chamber and push nail plate are made of PA66 material; the stapling nails are made of TA2G material.
