【Product Model Specifications】The retrieval bag is divided into two models: Type A (circular) and Type B (oval) based on the shape of the opening device; it is classified into five specifications based on the diameter of the usage site: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 130mm.

【Product Performance, Main Structure】

1. Structure: Mainly composed of a sleeve base, sleeve, handle, opening device, and retrieval bag. 2. Material: The sleeve is made of PC, the handle and sleeve base are made of ABS, the opening device is made of nickel-titanium alloy, and the retrieval bag is made of polyurethane film.

3. Performance: The outer surface of the retrieval bag sleeve should be smooth. All connection points of the retrieval bag should be secure and able to withstand a pulling force of 20N without detaching or breaking. The tightness between the sleeve, handle, and opening device should be appropriate for surgical operation. After releasing the retrieval bag, the opening should fully expand. The sealing peel strength should be between 0.1N/mm and 0.5N/mm. The two contact surfaces that are torn should be smooth, continuous, and uniform, without delamination or tearing.

【Applicable Scope】

Suitable for removing excised internal tissues during minimally invasive surgical procedures.

【Usage Method】

1. When opening the product packaging, the inner sleeve, opening device, and retrieval bag are pre-installed in the outer sleeve.

2. Extend the retrieval bag to the surgical site through the puncture sleeve.

3. Keep the inner sleeve stationary and retract the outer sleeve until the opening device and retrieval bag are fully expanded (Note: The inner sleeve must remain stationary. Pulling back the outer sleeve will fully expand the opening device and retrieval bag. If the outer sleeve remains stationary and the inner sleeve is pushed forward, it may also fully expand the opening device and retrieval bag, but this could cause severe damage or rupture to the retrieval bag, leading to leakage of tissue fragments).

4. Place the excised diseased tissue into the retrieval bag (Note: The volume of the contents must not exceed the maximum capacity of the retrieval bag specified in the table above).

5. After collecting the excised tissue, keep the outer sleeve stationary and retract the inner sleeve, gathering the opening of the retrieval bag at the front end of the outer sleeve.

6. Retract the outer sleeve, inner sleeve, and puncture device, pulling the opening of the retrieval bag outside the body.

7. Break the inner sleeve at the notch near the rear handle and remove the outer sleeve and puncture sleeve.

8. Grasp the opening of the retrieval bag at the incision with your fingers and push the metal wire on the opening device forward to easily open the gathered opening of the retrieval bag.

9. Use surgical instruments to remove the excised tissue from inside the retrieval bag (when inserting surgical instruments into the retrieval bag to remove excised tissue, do not damage the retrieval bag to prevent leakage of fragmented tissue).

10. After the excised tissue is completely removed, pull out the retrieval bag (before pulling out the retrieval bag, ensure that all excised tissue has been completely removed. If a complete tissue specimen is needed, avoid forcibly pulling it out when encountering resistance; instead, appropriately enlarge the incision before pulling it out to prevent rupture of the retrieval bag).

【Precautions】

1. This product is for single use only and should strictly follow sterile operation standards; dispose of it after use.

2. If the packaging is damaged or has expired before use, do not use it.

3. This product has undergone irradiation sterilization or EO sterilization before leaving the factory.

4. To avoid adverse consequences, please read the instructions carefully before use.

5. Under specified storage conditions, the sterilization validity period is three years; see the certificate for the production date and expiration date.

【Contraindications】

1. Tissues excised during laparoscopic surgery that include sharp or jagged edges, such as fractured bone fragments, may cause damage to the retrieval bag.

2. Various conditions that are not suitable for laparoscopic surgery.
